lame title is lame..................................................................... yes I know I've been pony-dumping a lot lately XDD that's all I've been in the mood to draw honestly ^^; and I won't FORCE myself to draw something I don't feel like drawing.......
but this pony-dump will end eventually.... just relax XDD

OK, now about the pic........

no one really goes into flim and flam's past..... I can see why, and at the same time I also wish someone would!

these two are actually my fave "mini villains" (even though they're not too villainous..... just con artists....) and I'd like to think there is a REASON for their ways...... not EVERY bad guy is bad for no reason...... and usually they start out innocent enough, and just slide into the wrong path.......

I have plans for a comic about these two, to go back and find out WHY they have such a desperate need for profit! (I'll start it AFTER I finish that "family ties" comic)
this is one scene from the story.... willow song (their mother) teaching young flim and flam how to sing. originally her music lessons were how their mother made extra bits to help pay for what their father couldn't supply with his cider business
willow is where they got their build (tall and slim) and their magic (their father "quick wit" was an earth pony) she was a very kind and SMART pony, and very optimistic.... no matter HOW bad things got for the family...... she never stopped trying to make life better for her sons....... the very definition of a good mother

man..... I wanna go into what I have planned here..... but I don't wanna spoil!

hope SOMEONE is as looking forward to this as I am! ^^

Con artists? Their machine seems to be working just fine, if you don't go over its limits. :-)
